For some reason when ever i try to stream using OBS studios ( latest versions ) the upload bit-rate is inconstant and low ( 989-1500 KB/s ) . . .and from my internet speed test my ping is 9 ms, Download speed is 90 MB/s , and Upload speed is 12MB/s. But when i use OBS classic i don't get the problem at all. i just wanted to say this to let it be known and hopefully some one who can fix the issue sees it.
