Question / Help OBS Studio wont Start

Hi, I have had OBS Studio for ages and it has work a dream. Until a few days ago when it stopped starting. I try to open it and it just comes with an error. Here it is http://pastebin.com/Dg5DLah0 . It would be really nice if I could have some help as I have to stream a 300 person+ event soon.
