Question / Help OBS Studio won't start streaming (Even though it says it is streaming)

Hello,

So i recently started to have problems with OBS Classic in Windows 10. It was making my game FPS drop from 150~200 to 30~50, also it was giving me 2 or 5 fps when i play my gifs in it (Previously had no problems playing 60x gif from 1 folder, each one was playing in 30fps. Now when i input GIFs, suddenly OBS starts to freeze and lag.)

So seeing all those, I decided to give OBS Studio a try.

But it had the same problem OBS Classic had with GIF files. Thankfully, it wasn't making my game fps drop to 30 from 150, so i decided to use it instead.

I did all my Scene configurations, did my settings and stuff, but when i press the button "Start Streaming", It acts like it starts, but then nothing happens. When i go to my twitch channel and refresh it, it stays offline, even after 10 minutes. While OBS Studio is showing me that I am on stream and it is streaming without a problem.

https://gist.github.com/4e9f632fb25e62f2c972144d28048a70 Here's the log file.

It does show some lines looking like a error:

19:45:35.657: [x264 encoder: 'simple_h264_stream'] encode failed
19:45:35.682: Error encoding with encoder 'simple_h264_stream'
19:45:35.682: Called profile end with mismatching name: start("do_encode"[648196D0]) <-> end("receive_video"[648196DC])

But I don't understand what is the meaning of this, and what should i do. Can anyone help me please? :(
