Question / Help OBS studio won't open anymore.

I am new to recording on youtube and for the past few days i have been using obs to record but as of yesterday the program wont open and says it is not compatible. before i got this error i had not done anything new to my computer or the software. today i had updated windows, checked for viruses, uninstalled and reinstalled obs and nothing has worked. if you have any suggestions on what i should do that would be greatly appreciated.

obs worked perfectly for me just a couple days ago so i dont know what the problem is.. i've grown increasingly frustrated with the issue.
