Question / Help OBS STUDIO WONT INSTALL

I recently Tried re installing OBS studio 3 times. My OS is a 32 bit, but when i try installing it, the program says i need to install the 32 bit and 62 bit of windows Visual C++. Again is im a 32bit system im pretty sure i only need a 32 bit verison of visual to install.
 
I had it installed on my computer fully operational before. I Recently reset my computer for its yearly clean. Now it is giving me problems. Before reset i was on obs studio 15.1 . I can run csgo on high settings but cant install Obs find it kind of wierd.
 
Also OBS is the only software im currently having issues with. Any ideas what I can do? It says I need to install both x64 and x86bit i cant install x64 because im on a 32 bit.
 
Alright so i tried installing an older version of studio. I ended up installing obs 0.14.2 with no problem. But as soon as i go to 0.15.0 It wont let me install man. What do you think the problem is ?
