Bug Report OBS Studio won't import images (wtf?)

Hi OBS studio is giving me a strange error as OBS studio really dosen't want to import images.
Instead the preview of the imported image is totally greyed out...
I am trying to record in UHD 3840x2160 and I am on Win 10.
Furthermore OBS does not want to give me a log file either.
Has anyone experienced this problem?

if not working, then go to the %appdata%\obs-studio\logs (insert directly in the path bar of the Windows file explorer).

Seems as though .PNG files work and I also removed the 'é' from the file :)
