Question / Help OBS Studio windowed mode broken

The windowed mode is broken because the red box that is supposed to surround the window is too big. This causes there to be a giant black bar so the recording is shit. moving the red box just moves the window with it too.

This wasn't working for league of legends pvp.net

also i cant upload a photo because it taking a long time to upload
