Hey everyone,
So I was recording Penumbra Overture, and it was all nice, then I went to try Doom 2016 and Penumbra Black Plague and Resident Evil HD remake, it was ok, but after a day, when I decided to actually record a set of Penumbra Black Plague, Doom 2016 and RE HD, just opening OBS Studio 0.15.4 Makes my framerate Drop to about 15-25fps, without recording or streaming, even without viewing the preview. I tried switching from Intel Quicksync to Nvidia NVENC and to Software x264, but nothing changes. The games kinda acts like either my pc is slow, or that the game applications are not in focus, weird because I never had such a problem before. I also tried Reinstalling windows 10 64bit two times, i tried to dual boot windows 10 and windows 7 both in UEFI mode, but that was a disaster. So at this moment i am clueless on what to do next, any help would be appreciated. If any more info is required then let me know, and sorry if my english is not the best.

Specs:
Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5Ghz OC'd to 4.2Ghz
Asus P8Z77-M PRO
8GB DDR3
Nvidia GTX970 & Intel HD Graphics 4000 (I got 3 monitors, 2 on my Nvidia card and 1 on my iGPU)
Windows 10 Pro x64

LOG (when recording Resident Evil HD Remake) :

Just noticed another thing, OBS was opened doing nothing on my second monitor, but i was watching a video on youtube and when i clicked the clock in the taskbar and when it opened up, my youtube video slowed down to a crawl, but when i closed OBS then the video ran smooth even with the clock on.

Connect all your displays to your GTX970. Having them spread across multiple video cards can cause these sorts of problems (with all the back and forth communication between the two GPUs)

Okay, i removed the monitor that was connected to the iGPU, but the problem still exists, even tried running in a single monitor
