Following the upgrade to 0.13.1 Studio from 0.12.3 I noticed a slight delay to the on screen video. When this was rendered the sound was 200ms ahead of the video
To work around this I tried delaying the sound by 200ms which fixed the rendered output. However this then caused flickering of the webcam picture.
The Logitech c920 webcam is set to 1080p capture which is at the limit, however prior to 0.13.0 Studio update
1) there was no on-screen video lag
2) the sound was always in sync when rendered
3) the screen did not flicker when the sound delay was added
