Question / Help OBS Studio Video Issue

Running obs studio just fine but i have made a intro video for my stream but the theres no audio from the video and if i play the video on vlc audio works fine. dont know what im missing? i know in the old obs classic that you can choose where to put the output etc dont know where i can do thatwith obs studio

hope you guys can help

It shows in the mixer it has audio but the viewer or me cant hear it and as i go back to my past broadcast its the same thing. Am I missing something ?

Its saying failed to load dll not found but i double checked them and check if windows 10 locked the dll files they are all there o.O is this a bug or i am completely overlooking something?

If the audio is present in VLC, the audio will be present on stream.
No audio from video sources while monitoring the video source in the OBS preview is a known issue currently.

I fully understand that but its not doing this for the viewers they also dont hear anything any other videos i add in there as well do the exact same thing works fine just no audio in preview( i understand that) but when the video gets pushed to twitch for the viewers to watch they will see the intro just fine but wont hear any audio from it. heres a link to my stream with the example https://www.twitch.tv/ruschgaming/v/57977349?t=09m51s
