Question / Help OBS Studio using too much GPU

I'm not even playing a game, and it's taking 93.3% of my GPU???
When I record something, the video quality is heavily degraded, and I get dropped frames from hell.

How? Why????

I'm running an Nvidia GTX980 TI
With an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K

This is absolutely outrageous!

And pleas remove the 10+ Game sources in your scene and use only one for all game :-)
