OBS studio using internet while stream is off

I just realized that OBS Studio is using my internet connection while I am not streaming. The only plugin I'm using out of the ordinary is the NDI plugin, but both outputs are disabled.

Ethernet doesn't automatically mean internet.
In fact, most if not all of that traffic can be accounted for by you using NDI.

The other option is if you're saving to a network share, or you have your overlay content on a network share.
