OBS Studio Ubuntu: Failed to open codec NVENCE: Function not implemented

Months ago, when I installed Ubuntu on my PC in order to perform church services, since Windows 10 was very heavy on the PC, and that today we have the opportunity to have a Free, Light and efficient OS.

By installing this Linux distribution, which I contemplated years ago, and by installing OBS, I managed to get a performance never before seen in Windows 10. As seen in this video:

But, some time later, Ubuntu asked for some updates, and currently, when trying to record in OBS Studio, the problem is this:

I've formatted my Ubuntu completely erasing the System and installing it again, already with the recent system updates, and OBS remains the same.

I have already uninstalled the NVIDIA drive to install an Open Source drive (which caused me severe headaches, as the monitor started to show the following error: Incompatible resolution, requiring me to enter recovery mode at boot and having to uninstall everything for video driver and reinstall the NVIDIA driver.

I've already installed an older NVIDIA driver, which caused me headaches, as in addition to the OBS continuing with the same error, the monitor now had only one resolution, and had terrible graphics, so again, I uninstalled everything that was the driver in order installing the latest driver from NVIDIA which solved my problem. With that the computer was good, but the OBS keeps giving this blessed error. I'm not recording church services, and I need your help!

My computer uses the following specifications:
Processor: AMD® Athlon™ ii x2 245 processor × 2
Graphics Card: GeForce GT 610/PCIe/SSE2
