Question / Help OBS Studio stutters game on startup. Any Help??

I don't know why but whenever I have started up OBS Studio recently it starts to stutter my game, this is not even when I am streaming this is just when I am ingame and setting up my stream. Oh and yes I have tried adjusting the bitrate, no difference there.

There aren't any streaming/recording attempts in that log so it's hard to get much useful information out of it. If you're running your game without vsync or some kind of FPS limiter, and/or the game itself is maxing out your GPU, you'll have performance issues.

yeah sorry, I'll stream again tomorrow for a bit (20-30 mins) and should I try to post that one after? The game doesn't max out my gpu at all, and I have this issue on every other program I use when obs is open, not just games
