Hey, My friend is having issues recording lately with OBS Studio. His videos are doing this stuttering/framerate loss throughout the video. He is also using a webcam with the video recordings. That, paired with an Elgato Hd60. He says he built his PC in 2012, which I'm think his computer can't handle it. But, I'd rather find out and make sure its not a software issue before dropping a bunch of money on a new PC
