Question / Help OBS Studio Stuck at loading screen on second run in Ring of elysium

With all capture devices (Display, Game capture or Window capture) when i start the stream first ROE run is smooth but after i play a second time when loading obs stucks at loading screen but the game in my first monitor is running good. I dont know how to make a log. Is there any solution for that? I cant run the game in borderless it looks like 30fps.
