OBS studio Streaming problem

Please help me I am having trouble streaming my games on Facebook. After I setup everything and start click "Start Streaming" the stream button or "Go Live" button is not working. IS there anything I have done wrong? I am from the Philippines and I stream at my home, also I had a good internet connect.. Here attach my PC specs, If you see anything wrong please help and notify me.. Thank you

Hi,
Can be multiple things , first thing to try maybe is if it works via youtube with correct streaming key.
Might give a first indication of where to start searching.
