Hello,
I would like to get a little help with OBS configuration. I had OBS Classic on 720p , good settings and no lags. (I can add some of my stream links or yt links, but I am afraid if its link violation here) :)
Now since I reinstalled my Windows I use OBS Studio cuz it's some sort better (layout, scenes, filters). But w/ Studio version I noticed an fps drop @ counter-strike:global offfensive and i already did a lot of settings, couple tutorials, couple other streamer settings.. I would like to get help with this,to get decent or good looking quality but without an fps drops ingame (mostly playing csgo). Please help guys or OBSGURUS :)

My case: (Core2Quad Q6600 and GTX750TI):
- VIDEO settings rescale to 1280x720x30 fps Lanczos https://gyazo.com/71bed7ef37a62c40131eed1a636dc471
- OUTPUT settings NVENC NO RESCALING, profile high, lowlatency high quality https://gyazo.com/58b7a27753b843f4a525cc8b7d4e4640

A quick test with these settings: https://www.twitch.tv/jlbgamer007/v/103002091 (CSGO)
Same video in Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3kJLHZOJg8

(Note: dark colors maybe produced by choosing YUV 709 and color full. Back to 601 and partial (previous test were not so dark -ADVANCED settings-) Previous test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cW_wtT-kxH8

This should work fine for you.
Better quality: rise bitrate to 3500

Use this as a reference.

These settings are not bad, but ... even tho my fps is stable 200 when I spray I noticed a stutter. I mean, when you spray feels like it stops for a 0.03 seconds and continues to spray. I dunno why is this happening, could that be cuz of my upload speed?

Downscale filter: use Lanczos. Less pixelation in quick turns (very often in CSGO)
As you rescale in Video setings, you don´t need to rescale again in output.
1280x720x30fps --> 2500 kbits is enough. So, 3500 should get better image..
You have enough CPU for x264 veryfast settings.
Use OBS 64 bits: copy shortcut and edit it to lacte OBS 64 bits exe file.

I'll try right away this.

This is what my stream is on OBS Studio(first settings i did on first run), not that bad .. but .. not the stream stutters, but my actual gameplay stutters.

This is my OBS Classic stream, what i used to use and quality is kinda good i guess on 60fps.

I uploaded my old settings for OBS Classic

Here is the gameplay with these settings and the stuttering is still there, even tho my fps is stable around 200 ingame.

You are capturing CSGO with DirectX9:
15:30:36.403: [game-capture: 'CSGO Capture'] d3d9 shared texture capture successful

Maybe you should change CSGO launch settings:
I use these

-high -novid -threads 4 (your case: 8 threads) -nod3d9ex (do not use directX9) -nojoy +mat_vignette_enable 0 +rate 128000 +tickrate 128 +cl_updaterate 128 +cl_cmdrate 128 +cl_interp 0 +cl_interp_ratio 1 +mat_queue_mode 2 +force_preload 1

Wich color space do you use?
I prefer YUV 601, because 709 gets darker colors.

Your stream looks good: no pixelation, no stuttering.
By the way, good recoil control! ;)

You are still using OBS 32 bits. Maybe 64 bits would be better.

*** Add sharpness filter to CSGO game capture.

I'm actually using OBS 64bits
http://prntscr.com/dc4dtp

Launch options I already have, I do them everytime I reinstall windows.
The only thing i didnt understood is this one : -nod3d9ex (do not use directX9) what do you mean by that? And where can I change that?

My autoexec config (there is also commands, wich you add at launch options)
https://failiem.lv/u/qzw5qfgz#_

I'll try YUV 601

About stream look, yes i think it looks good and I totaly agree on pixelation and stuttering is more visible ingame than on stream, cuz the stuttering is only visible in my actual gameplay (It just sometimes happens, more like often than sometimes).

hahaha, thank you .. i've been on this game since 2000yr. Had a little pracctice
