Question / Help OBS Studio, sound that saturates with the elgato hd 60 pro (and the sound of the desktop on WaveOut)

Hello I use the elgato hd 60 pro with obs my settings are:

Here is a video so below showing you my problem that is that when there is music in the games, there is little sizzle disgusting that comes out of the sound of the elgato and therefore obs.

I do not know why it does that, thank you for helping me. :)
