Is there a way, that sounds to spend by the stream, to hear directly above my headset?

Whatever translation you got for that question stripped it of all syntax

Doesn't matter, he wants to hear streaming output (all sounds, maybe from capture card, from mic - it doesn't hear in headsets how loud he speak to himself etc.).
We need more info.

Again, i want to hear my Voice, that i speak in my mic, above my headphones ;)

Right click on speaker icon on taskbar ---> Record devices
Select your mic -->properties

Hear --> Select Hear this device.

Maybe this will help you.

NOTE: If you use Speakers instead headphones your will get noise by realimentation.
