Question / Help OBS Studio Sometimes Blur Retangles

i get blured rectangles on my screen here is a link at the start it is good ok but sometimes i get this

Try more bitrate, hardware encoders need a lot of bitrate to look good.

Try using the simple output mode, you will get easier options.

it still dose i changed it to simple then put it same as stream witch was 1000 then i changed it to high quality medium file size and still laggs in the video but not in game
