Hello everyone, my problem that I am having has been going on for a long time and i'm really trying to figure it out. On my video https://youtu.be/ZLZok5Fd5Bk?t=1m49s If you look from 1:53 through almost the rest of the video you will see the video almost lags or Freezes. The Elgato capture card or ps4 is not lagging so idk whats going on. Also I get the infamous ( Encoding Overloading)
