Bug Report OBS Studio Shows In Task Manager But Won't Show On Desktop

Okay, so randomly today when I turned my computer on to start streaming and OBS decided to only show in the background processes in my task manager. I looked at other forum posts and nothing has been working to fix the problem. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and it didn't fix anything. Any help will be appreciated!
