Question / Help OBS STudio Settings

These are my PC SPecs

i tried streaming at 1080 60fps and had about 3500 frame drops within a3 or 4hr stream, wondering if anyone sees anything wrong wiht my OBS settings, the 2 game is played were Overwatch and PUBG

That log shows no streaming attempt, but if you're talking about the dropped frame counter in the OBS status bar, that is purely a connection issue.

Ty for response Fenrir, is there anyway to make my connection more stable while streaming, cause I sonetines see my upload spiking but I have 13mbps of upload speed and I put my bit rare at 8000
