Hello i have this pc:

i3 6100 3.7 ghz
gpu : rx 460 2gb
8 gb ram 2133 mhz
and win 10 pro 64 bit

i want some settings to record 720 p 60 fps with a nice quality and colors

Use the QSV encoder so you don't overload your CPU.
