Question / Help OBS Studio + Serious FPS drop

Hi everyone, I'm attempting to stream/record Overwatch, but when I do my FPS on the OBS studio drops from 60fps to 10 or even 8fps. I have no idea how to fix the issue.

I currently have a new build - i7-7700k with GTX 1070. Upload and download speeds are 150Mbps.
I don't know why i'm experiencing this FPS drop (only in the recording/stream - not in game)

The cable you use doesn't matter. Connect your display to your higher power video card.
