OBS STUDIO RESET TO WHAT IT WAS LIKE 1 YEAR AGO

So I use OBS studio ALL the time for making videos and streaming and i open the app today too see literally everything wiped and its in the state it was like back in February 2022. I am freaking out right now because I've spent countless hours working on my channel and using obs studio and now it feels like everything is gone.
A 2nd thing is that when i tried to log in on this website using my main email it says that it was banned by an admin and I am really unsure as too why because i don't remember receiving an email and to be honest i don't remember ever using this website, so if an admin could explain that to me that would be nice.
Please can someone get to me soon because I am honestly so so lost.
