It would be nice iw it was possible for OBS Studio to make Replay Buffers like in OBS Classic.

AFAIK every feature of OBS 1 / Classic will be eventually available in OBS Studio.
There is just so much more missing like Deinterlacing (should be coming with 0.14.0 for example) and the Hardware Video Encoders like QuickSync, NVENC and maybe even AMD VCE.
