Question / Help OBS studio records have choppy video but fine audio

When I record with obs the videos will stop for a few minutes then jump to the current time and play for 5 seconds before stopping again. I can figure out whats wrong with it, so if I could have help that would be great.

Here's a log file from when I recorded PUBG gameplay, which is when it was lagging bad

The log file is incomplete, it cuts off after game capture hooked into the game but before the recording actually stopped.

Okay, so is that why I have stuttering problems when I play my videos back?

No. Please provide a full log file that shows the issue, not one that is uploaded while obs is still running and capturing.
