Question / Help OBS Studio Recordings are laggy/skipping. Halp

Whenever I record (Not stream) on OBS Studio, I go back and watch them and they are always laggy or skipping. I have an I5 4460 CPU, R9 380 GPU. My internet speeds are 60down/10up. I will post my settings I have below. Any help is appreciated. Thanks http://imgur.com/a/OlECf
