Question / Help OBS Studio Recording Turns Off & On Randomly

Recently, I started up a Youtube channel and somehow when I try to record for my videos, I click the "Start Recording" button and it turns on and then 2 or 3 minutes later it comes back off. Then, I do nothing to it and it turns back on and off. Then I went to the Show Recordings button and it was about 15 files of the same title which is proof on how I know it turned on and off. I've been trying to look online on why this is happening but I cannot find the same problem, please help.

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.
