Question / Help OBS Studio Recording Settings (Advanced AMD or x264)

I'm trying to get the best recording settings for my desktop. I don't want to use simple mode for my output because it doesn't support multiple audio tracks. I have the option of using x264 or AMD encoder but most guides use x264 or a Nvidia but I don't have it. If anyone has better suggestions, please help. Thank you.

Also, most of my videos have a huge file size, like a 32-minute video ends up with 14.6 GB while compared to my friends they have over 2 hours of recording and 19.1 GB size with good quality videos.

AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

With ultrafast preset you don't need bframes=0. When crf in use you don't need qp=21. It works well with default settings. If the Simple mode has enough quality for you then you can recalculate crf value for Advanced mode: Quicksync Output Settings (CRF value is the same for x264 software encoder, at the bottom of the post there is few words about x264 LowCPU profile).

I444+60fps is heavy task.
