Question / Help OBS Studio Recording Blurry

Everytime I record with OBS Studio I get terrible blurry footage. I have a pretty good computer so that is not the issue. I have looked at so many videos and forums but none of the settings people suggest help. I need help! When I stream I get good quality but recording just looks terrible.

Here is an example of what the recording looks like:

Here is my current recording settings:

If anyone could help it would mean a lot. I would love to record in 1080p 60fps.

The log files show that you're recording at 720p but the Youtube video has options going up to 1080p, so the logs don't match the settings used for what you uploaded. They also show a varying number of attached displays.

Does the locally recorded file look good? Youtube does re-encode everything so if the local file is good then the quality loss would be from Youtube's processing.

Please close and restart OBS, do a test recording for a few minutes, and then link another current log file please.

Dont expect 720p looking good on youtube.
Good quality starts at 2048x1152 on youtube. Optimum would be 3200x1800. (but ensure that you get the VP9 Encodes by youtube)

Please understand this. I use an Elgato HD60 to record my Xbox One games and the quality looks amazing. It is not a YouTube thing. It is a raw file that looks terrible to begin with. I only uploaded the Video to YT because that is the only way to show you guys what the bad quality looks like. If not I would have been able to show you the raw file and you would see that it looks the exact same.
