for some reason obs studio dropped 81 frames after five minute's of streaming and has been dropping frames...when I looked inside some of the obs studio log files it look's like there are some errors with certain thing's...I uploaded the recent log that should include the info about the dropping frames...hopefully I can get a solution to what seem's to be trouble.

I too am dropping frames
I went to the link Harold posted and read some of the page and after that I tried twitch bandwith test and I have results from some of the servers that look ok not sure...at the twitch bandwith test thread it say's for the Quality result This number will likely have some variation every time you run it due to network conditions, anything over 80 is probably stable enough for streaming. the highest quality result I received was a 75..I will try the server I scored a quality of 75 on and post later if I need more help
