So, one day I opened OBS and my OBS was stuck around 24.59fps. This was odd to me so i restarted my computer. My computer came back up and obs was still at low fps, while my cpu usage was at around 3 %. I haven't changed ANY settings, and ive been streaming like this for months now, and randomly it is literally unstreamable. This PC is dedicated to streaming and streaming only, (2 PC setup) and since it cant stream it is useless. I have tried System Recovery, Driver Fixes, Re-Installing OBS Studio, removing all my sources and adding them back, defraqgging my HDD. OBS Studio refuses to work, BUT regular OBS is TOTALLY fine 1080p @60FPS. I do not understand and IF I MUST i will switch over to Regular OBS since studio isnt working, its just that studio has some features that i need.
