I was streaming earlier and OBS ended up randomly disconnecting. I thought it might be my connection at first, but everything else was still connected to the internet and when I clicked stop stream, OBS did nothing. I hit close, and the window closed, but after I restarted and ended later, I noticed another instance of OBS running in the background from the crash/leak earlier.
What could cause this? Would corrupted files be the problem maybe? A corrupted install?
