OBS-Studio Quality Problems

I'm having a problem with OBS-Studio. I cant get my video to work, as in quality.
I'll try to get the video in.

There's lots of pixelation on the screen, so I dont know how to fix.

For local recordings, you should read this guide. There are better ways than x264 with ABR and such a low bitrate.

You should disable "Multi-adapter compatibility" on your Game Capture source. If you have issues with black screens from Game Capture, you should force OBS and the game to both run on the same graphics card.
