Hey there OBS community , just a quick question from a relatively inexperienced guy @ video recording and such stuff ..
Now , i tried using OBS , and it was mixed results , mostly ended up being choppy footage , audio and video out of sync , black screen capture etc ..
So i got OBS Studio , and most of the issues are gone .
Except one , which may not be an issue , just a problem on my end :
Now , i tried using the AMD VCE encoder , 50000 bitrate ( 50Mbit/s ) , 1920x1080 @ 60FPS .
The hardware i have : i5-4690k @ 4.2Ghz , R9 390 Nitro 8GB GDDR5 , 8 GB RAM .
I do not understand why i get the error of encoding overloaded , when encoding with the GPU , but when i use intel quick sync encoding , it is clear of issues ?
The reason im asking this is that the games im trying to record are hard on the CPU while they leave the GPU with alot of headroom which i could use to encode the footage .
IS there a way to fix this , or am i forced to use q-sync ?
