Question / Help OBS Studio Problems after changing from AMD to NVIDIA

Hey Guys,

i have a problem.. But first of all my story:

I had a AMD R9 270x Graphics Card and exchanged it with a Asus Strix GTX 970.
While using my R9 OBS Studio was running really perfect.. but now with my GTX 970 it doesnt..
I reinstalled the drivers.. deleted every bit of ati software on my pc.. Reinstalled obs like 5 times.. but nothing worked..
I even deleted nvidia experience with shadowplay coz i thought like it might have to do something with that..

Under Output Recording i can only choose x264 when recording in mp4 format and 30000 bitrate with 1080p with 60fps gives me 30-50%CPU usage on OBS alone.
(with my R9 it was around 3-12% CPU usage and the same Settings)

I have 16gb 1600MHZ Ram, a Quadcore Xeon 1230v3 and around 700gb on my 7200rpm intern Harddisk (connected with sata2).

I cant choose nvec codec now.. before i could choose nvec, ati and x264 .. :( any idea?

ahhh okay but only with studio right? i now put the cpu usage to ultrafast.. and its working.. does that have any effect on my quality or does it only make the filesize bigger?
