Question / Help OBS Studio Preview stuttering/lag

Getting Preview stuttering really bad with my new Elgato HD 60 PRO, I used to use a Avermedia LGP for years with no issues like this but all of a sudden it starts happening with this internal cap card. Has anyone dealt with this problem before? If so any suggestions, I am using 64bit OBS Studio and have optimized the cap cards settings. Output to stream is fine, seems that just the preview stutters/lags. My PC should be very capable of running this cap card. Please help!

CPU- i7 4790K
GPU- 1060 6GB
RAM- 16GB

Do you have process priority set to above normal or high? And you said that the stream is fine and smooth, but the preview is stuttery, correct? Can you upload a log?

Make sure all the browser source overlays you have are set to 60fps in their options. Also double check your CPU isn't being maxxed on any core/thread (shouldn't be an issue, but OBS can bug out sometimes).

I made sure to do everything you said and it still happened on OBS Studio today.
