Question / Help Obs Studio preview disappearing?

So I'm trying to record a few games of LoL and obs studio randomly "crashes" but it's not really a crash since it stays open and the record button still says "Stop recording" but the preview disappears/turns white and if I try to click Stop recording it stays stuck there until I close and open it again. The video recorded also stops at the point it went white. Is it a common problem or is it something on my end? I've searched similar things on google and I found only 1 topic about the same problem.

It happened again and the last part of the log looks like the last one (everything gets destroyed?). The only difference was that the preview didn't turn white, the image just froze and the recording ends at the moment of the freeze.
Does someone know what the problem is/what I should fix?

The only answer I have is try changing the encoder.

The only answer I have is try changing the encoder.

But the only encoder available is x264, is there a way to add more encoders?
