OBS Studio popping and clicking in audio [URGENT]

Every single time I try to record my screen and audio in my DAW (FL Studio) there is always this popping and clicking in the video after it has been rendered. I've tried to watch so many videos and read so many discussions on the topic but everything I've tried just hasn't worked for me... yet. Never posted a thread to a forum before but I am struggling bad here and all I am trying to do is have OBS record the sound coming out of my DAW without it sounding so choppy.
I changed all my devices to make sure they are at 48kHz sample rate to make sure there is no mismatch and also updated all my graphics drivers as well.

OBS LOG FILE

A VIDEO OF THE SOUND IT MAKES WHEN RECORDING

I have the same issue. Try not to minimized OBS and see what happens. This seems to work for some reason. Before 29.x I could watch a YT video and screen record at the same time now I can't.

Thank you for the suggestion! I've tried this and it doesn't seem to work for me "/
Still looking for possible fixes.

Following - I'm having the same issue but it's not quite as pronounced as it is in your video. Tried messing with the sample rate and using different mics but haven't found a solution yet either. I need to resolve this as well!

A month and a day since starting this thread and still I have yet to come across any fixes that work completely. Still searching because I would really love to solve this issue of ours.

Some Update:
I notice the same with my videos. I would do a screen capture with OBS in the background and it would clip and be distorted. If it was in the foreground it would record fine. This drove me nuts for weeks/months. This was never an issue for years. Now when I record something I must leave it in the foreground or make sure nothing is over the software.
