Hello everyone,
I have the following problem when doing screen capture and sending the image (using NDI) to my second pc:
The output from my main PC is very stuttery. Here is an example where you can see how it looks:

It already arrives at my 2nd pc like this, this doesn't happen when rendering it on my 2nd pc or uploading.
The game itself isn't stuttering.
This doesn't happen when using game capture (which unfortunately is not working with Destiny 2).
When capturing other games with screen recording this also happens.
Logs are attached.
