Question / Help OBS Studio not working when I restart...

Hey, I have OBS Studio installed on Windows 10 pro, in which I have on my MacBook (using bootcamp) I reinstalled windows and now OBS Studio wont open. I had to force restart something saying "Text GDI" not sure if that had anything to do with it. Ive moved it out of the appdata file onto my desktop as recommended but it just wont open at all now. Task manager shows nothing running when I open it.

*UPDATE*
I think it is something to do with the way my CPU is working, bare in mind I could use OBS whilst playing games at medium settings, but my stream being 60FPS and no lag at all (720P as well) but I reinstalled my windows and since then OBS just lags and when I have it open so does everything else. As soon as I close, its fine. I have an I7 6600K processor so I don't understand what to do...
