Question / Help OBS studio not finding AAC encoder

I've been trying to get my obs recorded audio to be better than what it currently is. There is a high amount of base in the audio files that I record.

-sound settings, everything is set to stero
-highest Hz setting available is set
I installed quicktime for the audio codec. I also used 7zip to extract the AppleapplicationSupport file.

But the log file still picks up no AAC audio codec.

I did but the instructions are very unclear. I installed quicktime, and extracted the msi files. I need assistance for sure here since I don't know what I'm doing.

Use 7zip to extract the AppleApplicationSupport MSI files from the Quicktime or iTunes installer and then double-click the MSI files you extracted to install the encoder. Don't run the Quicktime installer. Just extract the AppleApplicationSupport installers and run those. If you have installed Quicktime, uninstall it.

And you also installed the 64-bit "AppleApplicationSupport64.msi", to match the 64-bit OBS you're running?

https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

download iTunes64Setup.msi (you need 64-bit system) --> unpack it with 7zip --> look for AppleApplicationSupport64.msi and run it.

After installation complete, restart your PC. Now, if you run obs64.exe the CoreAudio AAC encoder added to OBS Studio.

To use same encoder with obs32.exe, you need to install AppleApplicationSupport.msi from the files unpacked earlier.

OBS Studio looks for "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support\" path and "CoreAudioToolbox.dll" file, so install apple support software only by default path that prompted by installer.

INFO: quicktime support discontinued - use iTunes instead (it shipped with all software you need).

Thank you, I could not have asked for better instructions. Here is an attached log file for my OBS, it says the AAC is working and I have noticed it.

I have been playing around with my sound settings since a couple strange things are still happening however.

1.) Without using the built in equalizer on my sound (set to treble or less effectively rock) sounds on my computer are very bad, muffled, rough. Using the equalizer fixes this for the most part, but its unusual as I did not have this problem on my last computer using older hardware.
2.) When recording video files for testing, the desktop audio will quiet down significantly when I am talking into my mic. I'm not sure how to stop or control this for playing a game like Osu where the music is important for watchers to be able to hear at a proper level at all times, whether I'm talking or not, even worse so if breathing is picked up as talking, it creates a very "loud-quiet-loud-quiet" scenario.
