Question / Help OBS Studio not connecting to server

Hey, so OBS Studio will not "connect to server" I have tried all I know. I'm using Windows 10 that auto updated from Windows 7. Here is the other information I have about what happen. I also just updated OBS to 0.16.5, however this was happening with 0.16.4 also.

Bind to adapter
Choose your IPv4 address (usually starts with 192.168)

I see under advance setting it says "bind to IP" that is all. None start with 192.168 though.

Ok cool. That seems to be working! Why was this a thing though? I've used OBS for a couple of years and never had this problem before.

Im having issues connecting to Twitch servers as well. I posted an issue with me dropping frames yesterday, no response. I switched to streaming though my PS4 and still terrible. Im guessing server end on twitch side

I have the same problem. I need help, I tried all the configurations about network firewall and AV firewall.
Running the program as administrator, changing the "bind to IP" and doen't work.
I have W10 and 0.16.6 OBS version.
