Bug Report OBS Studio not capture games in fullmode

Hello (sorry for bad eng). Have some problem with capture games in OBS Studio. I streaming Hearthstone around 3-4 month and don't have problem, use - Capture Games. But at last week i update obs studio to 16.6 and now it can't capture this game by Capture game. Besides OBS studio can't capture all other games not in window, not at fullscreen (GTA 5, Chivalry, Heroes of the Storm, Civilization 5) i stream it from OBS classic.

OBS studio started from administrator.

Try OBS 64 bits. Copy shortcut, edit it and select OBS 64 bits exe
