Question / Help Obs studio noise Gate?

I'm trying to switch over to obs studios, but my Mic is now picking up every button click, every background noise, ext. I have tried adding noise gates to every source, nothing works, is there a specific one I need to use.

I have tried to add a noise Gate to the microphone, it made no difference at all. Proper Mic is selected, if I unplug the Mic, it stops. I have my close threshold at max and it still picks up the slightest sound.
