Can anyone help I have a MacBook Pro Sonoma - while recording from my video camera through to OBS I am getting no sound. The audio which I understand I need to change both say Disabled only and I believe it is these two I need to alter. I've gone to the app Shinywhitebox but it doesn't seem to work ANY IDEAS PLEASE
