Question / Help OBS Studio no longer recording when streaming?

I didn't change anything in the video settings, but suddenly it is no longer recording when i stream. It will record if i hit "Start Recording" specifically, but I would like to have the actual footage from streams on my hard drive as well. I no longer see an option for turning this on and off, but it's possible I'm just missing it?

Set the same hotkey for start recording and start streaming

OBS Studio has never had an option to record your stream automatically (other than the hotkey setup Osiris described). You're probably thinking of OBS Classic.
